Born and raised Upcountry, Maui, Mino has built her real estate career around a simple belief: people deserve the knowledge and guidance to make confident decisions at every stage of life. Her mission is to empower buyers and sellers to make informed choices — from their very first transaction to their last — with clarity, integrity, and care.
A longtime resident of Kula, mother, and active community member, Mino approaches each client relationship with the perspective of someone deeply rooted in the place she serves. She understands that real estate here isn’t just about property — it’s about lifestyle, legacy, and finding the right fit within Maui’s unique communities.
Licensed in Hawai‘i since 2001, Mino specializes in Upcountry and the North Shore — areas she knows intimately and loves deeply. She works with a wide range of clients, from first-time homebuyers to seasoned sellers and high-end property owners, guided by her philosophy that luxury is defined by the level of service, not the price point.
Her path into real estate began in the San Francisco Bay Area, assisting a developer marketing Hawai‘i properties to California buyers. While valuable, the experience made one thing clear: her heart — and her future — belonged back home. After working on projects based on O‘ahu, she returned to Maui, obtained her real estate license in 2001 and joined Island Sotheby’s International Realty in 2007.
Mino’s own home-buying experience continues to shape how she serves others. When she first encountered the Kula property she now calls home, she was searching for a match for a client — not herself. It wasn’t until she walked through the door that she recognized the rare sense of alignment buyers hope for but don’t always find. That moment of clarity, equal parts intuition and opportunity, is one she strives to create for every client she represents.
Today, she raises her two daughters in that same home and brings firsthand empathy to the emotional and practical sides of buying and selling. Clients value her calm guidance, strategic thinking, and steady advocacy throughout the process.

Outside of real estate, Mino enjoys hiking Maui’s trails, playing pickleball (a favorite pastime), and staying engaged in the community, including service on the Hawai‘i Advisory Board for Trust for Public Land.
